Not just a coach.
A practitioner.
The story behind the coaching — and why it matters for your results.
Most people find their way into fitness coaching through a single passion. For me, it started earlier and went deeper. From my teenage years I was already coaching — helping others train, understanding what worked, and developing an instinct for programming that only comes from years of doing the work yourself.
Playing many sports growing up gave me something textbooks can't: a genuine understanding of how different bodies move, respond to load, and break down under pressure.
I went on to complete a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Science — but while others were learning theory, I was already applying it. Over 14 years, the science of how the body works merged with the art of making it perform.
What sets Performance Rebuilt apart is that deep science background. Most coaches program for progress. I program for progress and longevity — understanding injury risk, movement mechanics, and how to build a body that performs for the long haul, not just the next 12 weeks.
