• Nutrition data including calorie and macronutrient intake

• Pre-exercise health screening responses (PAR-Q)

• IP address and approximate location
• Usage data including features accessed and time spent on the Platform
• Acceptance records including timestamp, IP address, and document version accepted at account activation

How We Use Your Information

• Create and manage your account
• Deliver personalised coaching, training programs, and nutrition guidance
• Track your fitness progress over time
• Communicate with you about your program and account
• Maintain records of your health screening and consent for legal and safety purposes
• Improve the Platform and our services

We will not use your sensitive health information for any purpose other than delivering the service to you, without your explicit consent.

How We Store Your Information

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• Row-level security controls on all database tables
• Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit
• Access controls limiting data visibility to you and your assigned coach only

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active, or as required by law. Upon account deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days.

Overseas Disclosure and Third-Party Processors

• Supabase (cloud database) — servers located in Australia (ap-southeast-2 region). Your data is stored in Australia.
• Vercel (web hosting) — infrastructure may route requests through servers outside Australia. By using the Platform, you consent to this transfer.

We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

Progress Photos

Progress photos you upload are stored securely and are only accessible to you and your assigned coach. We will never share, publish, or use your progress photos for any marketing or commercial purpose without your explicit written consent.

Notifiable Data Breaches

We are subject to the Notifiable Data Breaches (NDB) scheme under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). In the event of a data breach likely to result in serious harm, we will contain the breach, notify the OAIC, and notify all affected individuals directly.

Cookies and Tracking

The Platform uses session cookies and local storage to maintain your login session and preferences. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell your browsing data.

Children's Privacy

The Platform is not intended for use by persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
